Overview: A recruitment campaign for SD Inovações Gráficas, the 3rd largest graphic printing company in Brazil. The challenge was to humanize a corporate hiring message and make it feel personal, not institutional.

The concept: A group of identical 3D characters, all in muted purple, with one standing out in vivid green, highlighted by a glowing smiley face above. The visual metaphor is immediate: we're not looking for just anyone. We're looking for you.

The craft: The typography plays between outline and solid weights, mixing "COM" as a ghost letterform with "VOCÊ" as bold presence, reinforcing the idea that the brand only comes to life with the right person in it. The green character breaks the grid, both literally and conceptually.

Result: A campaign that turned a standard job opening into an invitation, making candidates feel chosen before they even applied.
